Learn how to interpret different types of data and use what you
discover to boost your fundraising program.

Jonathon kicks off this lively hands-on session with an overview of the different types of data that are available to us as fundraisers that help us drive growth within a fundraising programme.

We'll discover some startling insights and key learnings from charities' real experiences around the globe. Real case studies and data will be shared by charities that have kindly given permission to so.

You will be given the opportunity to input into what decisions you would make if you were in charge of the fundraising program which we will be highlighting. Then, we will look at what actually happened and the lessons learned as a result of those decisions.

At the end of the day you will:

  • understand the different types of data that you are available to fundraisers and why they are important

  • know how to interpret different types of data and directly use this to drive your program forward

  • have learned from real case studies and be given the opportunity to provide recommendations as to how you would shape a program like the one featured
