Mandy Cawston, Contributing Editor, Technology

With a Dipl. of Technology from the BC Institute of Technology, Mandy Cawston is the program manager for ITL Solutions, responsible for designing and developing the database management software QMember. Mandy began working with the QMember team in 1998 as a software developer. Since that time, she has moved from developer to team leader, to program manager. Mandy brings a unique perspective to ITL through her continual effort to develop user-friendly systems. She has written a series of articles providing non-technical users with valuable information about database solutions, and continues to enjoy the rewarding nature of working in the nonprofit industry and helping people overcome technology barriers. Born and raised in Vancouver, Mandy enjoys volunteering at the local SPCA.
