Katherine Alyea

Katherine Alyea is an Ottawa-based fundraiser with over 9 years of experience. For eight years she worked with Artsmarketing Services Inc. in the Marketing Department and as the Privacy Officer. In 2005 she began working as the Annual Fund Coordinator for the Queensway Carleton Hospital Foundation in Ottawa. Katherine oversees the hospital’s direct mail, telefundraising, monthly giving, stewardship, and special event programming. She has worked with a wide range of nonprofits all over Canada, among them the National Arts Centre, the Royal Ontario Museum, North York General Hospital Foundation, The Playhouse Theatre Company, many other performing arts organizations, museums and galleries.

Katherine has a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Western Ontario and is an active member of the Ottawa Chapter of AFP
