Elaine M. Forbes,
M.A.
After spending 20 years in a variety of
senior positions in business and non-profit organizations
Elaine returned to school to complete Honors and Masters
Degrees at McMaster University. Upon graduation she worked for
several years as a funder with United Way.
In 1997,
she established Brand Management, offering an array of
consulting services to non-profit organizations and
government. The slogan reflects the values Elaine brings to
her clients. Brand Management provides a continuum of services
specifically designed to address today’s needs: individual
coaching, customized internal or public workshops, project
management or support with specific assignments. The potential
outcomes include: increased skill level and knowledge,
increased resources, expanded service and employee retention.
Agencies develop internal expertise to compete effectively in
the 21st century.
Elaine’s volunteer commitments have
included senior board and committee positions in several
organizations and she is currently the Past Chair of the Board
of a children’s mental health center in Hamilton. She is a
sessional instructor in the Post Graduate Corporate
Communications Program at Sheridan College and a member of the
Professional Advisory Committee to this program.
